Academic Directors For IT & Language Schools 
at Demi Education di DKI Jakarta
URGENTLY REQUIRED
Di dalam sepak terjangnya yang sudah berjalan selama 18 tahun, lembaga pendidikan kami membutuhkan beberapa kandidat di posisi strategis yaitu :
a. Academic Director untuk Kursus / Pendidikan Komputer
b. Academic Director untuk Kursus / Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris
c. Academic Director untuk Kursus / Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin
Untuk itu dibutuhkan beberapa direktur akademik yang berkompeten yang bertugas :
- Mengembangkan program-program yang relevan dengan jurusan yang ada
- Mempersiapkan semua infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan
- Mempersiapkan kurikulum dan hal-hal lain yang terkait dengan proses belajar mengajar
- Membantu menyiapkan kebijakan sumber daya manusia mulai dari tenaga pengajar hingga penjualan
- Memberikan informasi yang relevan tentang industry
- Mengembangkan mekanisme proses perbaikan yang terus menerus
A leading professional educational provider is looking for several dynamic individuals to fill vacant positions:
- Academic Director for School of Computer Studies
- Academic Director for School of English
- Academic Director for School of Mandarin
Primary Responsibilities :
- To create relevant programs within each school (attached)
- To design and develop all the necessary infrastructure needed for the programs
- To design and develop quality curriculum and other teaching materials
- To provide help and guidance in hiring policies from staff/academic/marketing personnel
- To provide and gather relevant information from industry
- To design and develop the necessary feedback machanism for continuous improvement process
General Requirements :
- Relevant Degree/Diploma
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position (Education Industry)
- Able to work independantly as well as in a team
- Able to work under pressure and achieve target in timely manner
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong problem solving skill, willing to explore new ideas and technologies
- Strong knowledge on the relevant industry

- Professional Certification Preparation Microsoft-certified courses (MCSE, MCP), Cisco courses (CCNA), SAP, Redhat, Oracle
- Linux
2) School of English Studies:
- General English
- Conversation Class
- Business English
- English for Special Purpose (Nursing, Hospitality, etc)
- Professional Prepatory Programs: TOEFL, IELTS
- Academic English
- English for Children
3) School of Mandarin Studies:
- General Mandarin
- Conversation Class
- Business Mandarin
- Mandarin for Special Purpose
- Professional Prepatory Programs: HSK
