Team Assistant

PT. Siemens Indonesia, Healthcare Sector, is looking for a young, details and dynamic person to join as Team Assistant .
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Doing correspondence .
- Preparing Minute of Meeting.
- Preparing and executing overtime report .
- Key in timesheet data with web based information tools.
- Preparing and executing Business Advance and Reimbursement for all operational cost.
- Creating and Monitoring Purchase Requisition
- Preparing Required Report on CS Healthcare.
- Preparing Construction Project Delegation, Business Trip Advance, and Training Administration (Training Approval, VISA, Business Advance, Travel Insurance).
- Managing document archival
Requirements:
- Diploma on secretary with minimum 1 year experience in administration related area.
- Fluent in English (writing and conversation).
- Computer literate (MS Windows, MS Office).
- Fast learning.
- Hardworking.
- Willing to hire under 3rd party (outsourcing)
