We open a vacancy with the position as Company HSE Officer/Engineer with the requirements as the following:

S1 Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or engineering;

Fluently in English both in written and verbal;

Having minimum two years working experinces in the implementation of HSE in the offshore/onshore work;

Having the working experience in the drilling rig activities will be an advantage;

Having an OHSAS 18001 or ISO 14001 auditor certificates will be an advantage.

Summary of Job Description:

Will be based in Saipem Indonesia Jakarta Office but sometimes will be required to follow the project activities for the whole cycle(engineering – fabrication – installation – precomm./comm);

Will do the interface regarding HSE issues between Saipem and Client during drilling activities;

Identifying the relevant HSE legislations & other requirements;

Develop the HSE documents as required;

Liaise with the government bodies for project permits;

Will act also as the Company HSE Officer to maintain the Office HSE Management System;

Will be a Company Internal Auditor for the Company.

HSE Manager

Responsibilities:

Establish HSE policy, procedures and standards that are complied with the industry standards and regulation;
Develop HSE & Energy conservation short and long-term program, including awareness programs, certification program to achieve HSE objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner;
Develop HSE management system, including inspection system, and HSE audit system;
Coordinate all managers and field HSE representatives in implementing HSE program;
Review, update and communicate Company’s Safety manuals and Employee Safety Handbooks to ensure the conformation with current HSE programs;

Improve and evaluate all areas of risk assessment, hazard management, project HS systems and training.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), or Public Health;
At least 10 years of working experience in HSE of EPC or Oil and Gas companies;
Extensive knowledge and skill in Safety and Risk Management;
An effective and strategic leader with hands on experience to design, execute, improve, and control the implementation of HSE program;
Excellent English communication and business presentation skill;
Committed to work, excellent professionalism, trustworthy;
Willing to travel to project/sites;
